Since the launch of ChatGPT, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has moved into the focus of the media industry and society. But how open is the Swiss audience to the use of AI in news production? How do Swiss people assess the quality of AI-produced media reports? And which impact can be expected on the willingness to pay? That's what fög investigated in the Yearbook Quality of the Media 2023.
In addition, the Yearbook includes analyses of media diversity in the regions, the presence of news media on social media, and current key figures on the development of the quality, use and financing of media in Switzerland.
